There may be occasions where life is just so overwhelming that you need to step out of the picture and look in from a different angle, or get some support to give you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone.

I assist you to find the solutions for YOU.

Together, we will explore your motivations, needs, challenges, thought processes and more – to help you to make the changes necessary to grow in confidence, gain clarity on your situation, and move forward.

I know that we all have it within ourselves to make the changes necessary, and with some professional guidance, support and encouragement, this can be realised.

Time Line Therapy™ techniques allow you to make long lasting changes in a very rapid way, and have demonstrated results for a very broad variety of problems.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of language and sensory based interventions and behaviour modification techniques used to help the subconscious mind to change patterns in behaviour that are currently causing you concerns.

It works well for improving your personal development such as self-awareness, confidence, communication skills and social actions.

My clients come to me with various conditions: phobias; anxiety; stress; lack of confidence; lack of self-esteem; poor communication skills; post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. All of which can be turned-around with NLP and personal coaching.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an enjoyable and deeply relaxing therapy. When in such a relaxed state your unconscious mind is more open to change.

I help people to overcome challenges that have been holding them back for far too long, and turn their lives around. They become much happier, and freer from their pain, anxiety or habits that have become a strain on their daily lives.

You may only need one session. However, not one size fits all and some people may require more sessions for their particular circumstance.

Hypnotherapy lends itself to helping people with so many different ailments, including: anxiety; stress; insomnia; panic attacks; anger management; fears and phobias; pain that is chronic or long-standing

To begin, we can talk about what it is that you would like to achieve from your hypnotherapy session(s). During hypnosis, I will be able to use the most suitable type of hypnosis for the situation.

What to Expect

What you can expect from your time with me

We start with a discovery call, to see if we can work together, then we follow-up face to face in a friendly, relaxed, Discovery Session(s). This is where we get to know each other better, and learn about what our aims will be for the following sessions.
